Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 tomato
1 onion
1 or 2 garlic cloves
2 knorrs chicken flavor cubes
1 package of Fideo
1 package of ground beef
Instructions
Dice some tomatoes and thinly slice some onions put it aside then add a little oil in a pan brown your fideo after it’s brown add 1 diced tomatoes with 1/2 thinly sliced onion and 1 or 2 minced garlic then mix after that add some water bring it to a boil after it’s boils add the potatoes and some ground beef ( make sure you cook the brown the ground beef before adding it to the pan or pot ) then cover it cook it on low heat until por potatoes are kind of soft and done season with salt and pepper.

ReplyDeleteSpanish fideo noodles, like many pastas, are made of durum wheat and water, rolled, cut and dried. But they are prepared quite differently than Italian-style pasta. For one thing, sometimes the dry pasta is first toasted in olive oil.
