  • 8 oz pasta (use gf, if needed)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 7 oz green asparagus tips
  • 8 oz soy cuisine
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 6 oz vegan chicken cubes
  • salt, pepper to taste



  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook your pasta according the directions.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan. When hot, add the vegan chicken strips, season them with salt and pepper and fry for around 3 minutes until slightly browned.
  3. Add asparagus tip and fry everything for 3 minutes longer. Add soy cuisine, garlic and onion and season with another pinch of salt and pepper. Let simmer on medium heat for an extra 5 minutes.
  4. When the pasta is ready, drain it and mix with asparagus sauce in the sauce pan.
