Lemon Garlic Lobster Tails

  • Two fresh lobster pieces/the medium sized shrimp.
  •  A finely small grated onion into fine slices.
  •  1 T.Of lemon juice.
  •  1 T.Of sea salt.
  •  1 T.Of ginger powder.
  •  2 tsp.Of minced garlic.
  •  1/2 tsp.Of mixed spices.
  •  1/2 tsp.Of cumin. –
  • 1/4 tsp.Of hot black pepper.
  •  1/4 tsp.Of ground coriander.
  •  Some green chilis sliced in small-thin slices


There are two techniques, one is used to grill, and the other is used to fry, as, for the process of grilling, it is as follows:
