Ingredients


250 gr flour 00

- 250 gr ricotta

- 60 gr butter

- 60 gr sugar

- 3 eggs

- 1 sachet of baking powder

- salt

- 1 lemon

- seed oil


Instructions


Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add all the others.

Once the dough is ready, heat the oil to be fried in a large and high pan and with the help of two spoons dip the dough into the hot but not boiling oil, creating balls.

Cook over low heat for at least one minute per side. Drain and pass in granulated sugar and serve warm or cold.
